Happy 3rd Birthday!!

what a great week Ocean had. he had his aunt becky come visit him, had a biggo birthday party, easter fun, and on his actual birthday day he was taken to chucke cheese. the child was spoiled for a week straight of cupcakes and presents. ridiculous. he certainly had the best time and is still talking about it. nearly 30 people came to his birthday bash and he racked up on some great gifts and good times. he certainly deserves it though. he's only the cutest, sweetest, smartest, studliest, charismatic, perfect child in the universe!

he was so proud of his work. he runs into the house to give this print to me and asks me if i love it. of course, i told him i love it and that it was bad ass.

Hey Soul Sister.... "I Want a Sister"

Ocean comes up to me the other day with a drum, drum stick, and a maraca. he hands me the maraca and says to me.. "momma, sing hey soul sister...cause i want a little sister." apparently he loves this song.. and he's been saying he wants a little sister for a long time now. we will find out if he gets his way on april fools day.

this is currently Ocean's favorite song, a song his daddy wrote and recorded. he will bring the song up on the mac and play it all by himself so he can sing along. he even sings in key... and adds to it. coolest kid EVER!
