i snapped this photo at exactly 6 seconds after 4:05pm on july 8th, 2009. that's 4.5.6.7.8.9. Ocean was born on april 5th at 6am in 2007. so that's even more special. 4.5.6.7 on 4.5.6.7.8.9.

grandma and Ocean did some "rock climbing" while the boys did some rabbit hunting. he calls her grandma now.... we can't figure out why... but it stuck. he loves that grandma.

every since this camping trip Ocean talks an awful lot about jason. apparently these two bonded in them mountains.

let there be the first sign of rain.. and Ocean insists on going out to play in it. he refuses to stay indoors no matter how loud the thunder is.

hey, a kid's gota eat after all that playing in the rain. he's always asking for olives. ..

so it's been a good minute since i posted last. we just got back from a 4 day camping trip and i figured i should post some photos of may's camping trip first. so this is at the end of may and it rained on us for this trip but that didn't stop anyone from having fun. Ocean LOVES the rain so he really didn't mind. he also loves when he gets to hang out with his buddy's, tyson and josh. these boys together are a riot.

Ocean's nawni sent the photo to the right of tyler and her ferret. notice the resemblance? ferrets were always a family pet in our house growing up. chris and i are constantly saying how Ocean looks like tyler when she was his age. aww special - cousins.
