River Raves Over Sweet Taters

River is 6 months old now. he rolls over and sits up all by himself all of the time. momma was his first word, of course, and he says dada now too. he just jibber jabbers all of the time much like Ocean did at this age. he laughs really hard and his favorite toy seems to be his caterpillar. caterpillar is one of his many nick names.

this was the first time River ate solid food. he wasn't so sure about that rice cereal at first.

sweet potatoes. loved them!

Ocean continues to blow my mind. he reads several words and can even write his name. he has grown several inches just since River arrived. he's becoming a pro at video games... the driving ones in particular, of course. he's also really good at eating his vegetables. he still loves to sing and dance like no other. and he loves his little brother like no other, too.

this is why daddy shaved it off when Ocean was about this age.
