Ocean's very first happy meal. Last week Ocean and i went to a skate park near our house and my lil guy ate his first happy meal. nuggets, apple slices, milk, and a cool race car. WeeeE!

Critters

Although this looks staged... it's not. After a tough day these boys need their cuddle sleep.

Ocean and the new ferret and kitty all get along nicely. They have so much fun playing together all day long. We've finally settled on a name for the kitty. Ludo - a character from the movie the Labyrinth. Ludo it is.

Ocean is learning how to be gentle with the little critters. These fur balls will grow up to be tough little critters, that's for sure.

Talk about cute. i mean come on! The cute fireman hat used to be Daddy's when he was a little boy.. . Even CUTER!

And the cutest Ever. .. when Daddy came home from work on this day. .. we quickly realized that he and Ocean were wearing the same exact threads. Matching tanks and camos.

Mommy's Day #2

Daddy and Ocean made this Mothers Day very special for Mommy. This is number two. .. hard to believe. We were able to spend the whole day and night together. Now that is special in itself.

Mommy loves her little bambino hijo.

We spent a big part of the day under our favorite tree and on our bad ass picnic table Daddy built. Then for supper we went to ChuckE Cheese. Ocean could be a kid there. Ok, so Mommy and Daddy were kids there too.

Somebodys Been Walkin. ..

I am compelled to mention the fact that Chris and I have created the absolute most beautiful, perfect, wonderful child in the Universe. Bar None! This proud mommy would also like to mention that Ocean is walking now. Mommy has mixed emotions about how quickly he is growing up but he is sure proud of himself as he makes it from point A to point B. His beloved truck and crawling are still his preferred means of travel but he walks greater distances every day. Of course, it will be captured on film and blogged for all to see soon enough.

The Picnic Table

This is a very special picnic table. Daddy and Ocean did an amazing job. Notice Ocean is making sure that Daddy measured just right in this here photo. Much of the material was recycled from the old swing set that was in the yard when we moved in.

Mommy's Papa used to make wonderful picnic tables for everyone in the family. Some are still being used after all these years. We all grew up eating off of them together. And now, my baby will too.
